OOYO Workwear Returns Policy

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR UNCUSTOMISED PRODUCT

  • OOYO® Workwear a 14 day exchange or return policy on non-customised product.
  • Before returning the product to OOYO® Workwear you must contact us immediately outlining the reason for the returns by e-mailing info[@]ooyosports.com. You will be provided with a delivery address and details.
  • You will be required to provide us reasons for the return and the product details.
  • Goods must be unused or unworn and fit for resale.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • The original invoice must be included as proof of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with tags and/or labels attached where relevant.
  • The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the original item to us and until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility.  We recommend you use courier or registered post.
  • In some circumstances and we may refund the incoming delivery charge where items were clearly faulty and related to manufacturing issues.
  • The returned products will be reviewed by OOYO® Workwear and when we are satisfied with the returned products, the exchange or refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Please note that we will not accept any returns after 14 days.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR CUSTOMISED PRODUCT

  • OOYO® Workwear aims to deliver the highest quality service and as part of this service we will advise you on the best customisation process for your order size and quantity. 
  • We aim to communicate as effectively as possible using design mock ups what the final customised product and image will look like on your product. Only after full agreement and sign off from the customer will we proceed with customisation.   This does not illuminate the risk of human error and or manufacture issues. 
  • OOYO® Workwear should be notified immediately if there are faults with customised products. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To exchange products you must follow the procedure above.
  • OOYO® Workwear can only exchange an item for a different size or colour or for a different product of the same price as the original item. 
  • Those exchanging items must bear the postage cost as we currently do not offer a free returns policy.
  • All products must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of having received the goods.  OOYO® Workwear will only agree to the exchange of items as long as they are returned in a fully resalable condition.
  • If we do not have the stock available we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative item or we’ll offer you a refund. 

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

  • At OOYO® Workwear we view customer satisfaction as our number one priority therefore, if the goods you have received are faulty we would be happy to offer a replacement item or a full refund. To return products you must follow the returns procedure above.
